Pumpkin Dip 2 cups Pumpkin Puree - canned or fresh 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened Place pumpkin puree and cream cheese into a large bowl and mix together.
Pumpkin Pudding
Pumpkin Pudding 1 cup Pumpkin puree (well-drained if using fresh or frozen puree) 1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 1/4 cups Skim Milk or 1% Milk Mix all ingredients together. Place in individual bowls or glasses and chill until set. Serve cold.
