Mother Nature's Perfume
May 13, 2009
|
herbs
Scented geraniums come in many varieties: large, flat, and fuzzy leaves to small spiky ones. The flowers are usually small and delicate in a variety of shades. What they have in common is the amazing scents produced by the oils in their leaves! Released by just the simplest touch, they will perfume your walkways and windowsills, and the leaves can be dried for a lasting potpourri. For more information, Fine Gardening has a great article you may find interesting. It's been a good year for Scented Geraniums (Pelargonium): we have a great selection of scents and varieties to choose from, so add one to your garden or windowsill this year.
